Healthy Eating Nutrition Program

The City HealthSmart Team is sponsoring a Lunch and Learn
nutrition program to get you on the right track to eating
healthy! Theresa Groskopp, CN, of Natural Healthy
Concepts will be providing a 30 minute program on
nutrition. Learn about food and nutrition basics, eating
healthy at work, and eating healthy when dining out.
