Sending Signals Workshop

Join this 90-minute workshop, Sending Signals and Reading the Signs to become more aware of the decision-making process and how we make the judgments we do, sometimes without even realizing it. They will be held on February 24 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. and March 24 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. Please see flyer for more details.

Does the cold weather and short days have you feeling FATIGUED? Your Health Smart team is proud to offer a 30-minute presentation on Fatigue.
