New Dental Cards Being Mailed to Everyone

Everyone with dental insurance through the City will be receiving in the mail at your home address new ID cards for your Delta Dental insurance coverage. The reason for these new cards is to change your unique ID number from your social security number to a unique "Employee Identification Number". Please replace these new cards with your existing dental cards. The next time you go to your dentist, please give them your new dental card so they begin to use the unique ID number instead of your social security number.
